So, Piper longum (Pippali) is an essential herb used in various Ayurvedic medicines. Pippali has many other benefits like it can help to deal with cough and cold, toothache, headache, etc.

Remedy:
Take 2-3 pinch of Piper longum (Pippali) powder, mix with 1 spoon of honey and swallow it early morning on empty stomach and do this process for a maximum of 30 days not more than that and take a break (gap) of 15 days and again continue for 30 days. You will see the result within the first 20 days.

Important Note: In some cases, Pippali consumption might cause heartburn and acidity due to its hot potency. So it is generally advisable to consult your doctor before taking Pippali if you have stomach ulcers. Also, the above remedy is not recommended for pregnant women.
