There are many herbs in Ayurveda which are considered helpful in boosting the immunity of the body. Giloy has great importance in Ayurveda and it is called by many names such as Amrita, Guduchi, Chinnaruha, Chakrangi. 

Giloy leaves look like betel leaves and its creepers are easily found climbing on the Neem, Mango trees, the ridges of the fields, the rocks of the mountains, etc. 

Giloy is a universal herb that helps boost immunity. Apart from this, it cures hundreds of diseases like acidity, phlegm disease, diabetes disease, heart disease, cancer, eye diseases, constipation, tuberculosis, hiccups, ear, hemorrhoids, jaundice disease, liver disorders, urinary disease, relieving fever, Giloy is used in India for the treatment of diseases like arthritis, filariasis, etc. Giloy juice and tablets are easily available in any medical store and Patanjali stores.


How to use:

Mix 15-30ml of juice with water & consume on an empty stomach in the morning & evening or as directed by physician.
